This was our third stay for a long weekend in KC at this hotel. As a member of the Priority Club, I was upgraded to a king executive which included a sofa, easy chair, microwave and refrigerator. The room was very comfortable and everything was clean including bedding and towels. There was a stain on the ottoman and one of... more

Stayed 2 nights. There is not enough parking stalls for the hotel guests. The parking lot adjoins the lot from the VERY busy bar next door. Even the handicap stall - which I needed - was taken (not by anyone with a sticker). The front desk said that "management said they couldn't do anything about someone parking in a handicap... more

Won through priceline, which knocked some of the cost off, and free parking was a great benefit. Overall experience was about as average as possible. Not an overly comfortable bed. I wouldn't rule out another stay in the future, but I will probably look elsewhere first. more

I stayed in this place after a horrible experience in another place. It a basic and outdated place. My room was clean and well after the previous night experience in another hotel, every where would looked like clean to me ! There was a computer in the lobby which was helpful. The breakfast was good enough and the staff were... more

We checked in without any problems. As we were doing so we asked if we could get a free upgrade. The manager asked if we were prority memebers (were not) and then asked if we'd like to be. We signed up and were given a free upgrade to a suite with a large king bed, fridge, microwave and a couch.... more

We stayed in an executive suite during the weekend of August 9-10, 2008. Me and my husband. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king size bed. There were microwave and refrigerator in the room, and also a sofa. My biggest complain is with the size of the closet area. Definitely more adequate for a small room and one guest,... more

My wife and daughter stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed this hotel - despite having read some bad reviews here, as well as many good ones. I booked it through Priceline and paid $65/night. It was clean, newly renovated, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff that we dealt with were courteous, professional and helpful - especially the... more

PROS: Beds were somewhat comfortable, 4 pillows per bed (2 firm, 2 soft), full size tub with decent water pressure, lots of room in the “closet area” for your suitcases, full hot buffet breakfast , staff was friendly and informative about tourist and restaurant locations, computer with internet provided in lobby, free USA Today paper downstairs (however, others had them... more

I would like to thank Mr. Lestobi for his comments regarding our 6th floor. I agree that that 6th floor needs some work. I am proud to announce that the roof is scheduled to be replaced during the week of July 21st 2008 and at the same time we are going to fix all areas of the 6th floor including...

Looking out of our window, we saw prostitution and drug deals going on in the parking lot. Don't go to this hotel with small children. The room was not clean, there was no room service (as hotwire stated) and there was also no breakfast. Pay a little more and stay at a much better hotel. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel... more

I was not very impressed with this property. While it claims to be "recently remodeled", it is one of the worst HIE's I have stayed in. Room was quite small and very noisy. No closet, only a shelf (which was bowed and broken) above a bar. Carpet was stained, as were two of the four pillow cases (and fresh stains... more
