For the most part our stay here was fine, and par for the course for Embassy. What few inconveniences we had were not the fault of the hotel. The night we arrived we were informed there was a power outage. That obviously is not the fault of the hotel, and power was restored before too long. Also the hotel was... more

We just returned from a two night weekday stay. This property was old and needed renovations. Wow the "bathroom" was a toliet and tiny shower. Not even big enough to be considered the size of an RV's bathroom. The vanity (sink) was located in the bedroom. Not easy to quietly get dressed while another sleeps in. The manager's reception was... more

We stayed at this hotel with our 4-year-old in October 2008. I read the reviews and had some concerns but we did not encounter any of the problems sited. The elevators were fine. The pool was a little chilly but it didn't kill us. The happy hour did get a little crowded. You had to wait in line, but hey,... more

The room was large and beautiful, the location so convenient! The free shuttle really is "full service" -- running from morning until late night -- to restaurants and shopping providing both drop off and pick up whenever you are ready. Parking was a breeze and free. The room, itself, couldn't have been lovelier! The cooked-to-order breakfast -- and the warm... more

We stayed there this past weekend. I can't tell you how impressed I was with this hotel! We had to pick up a car in KC and had a car hauler. The staff called us while on the road and made special arrangements for parking the trailer and vehicle. I have stayed at many, many hotels while on business and... more

I booked my stay on Priceline, got a reduced rate ($70) & was pleasantly suprised! The suite (they are all suites, ie, Embassy Suites Hotel) was nice. The bedroom was medium sized, the bathroom was kinda small. I liked the separate bedroom/living room, with a flat screen TV in each room. Both rooms were Clean & Comfortable. My GF arrived... more

It's not quite ON the Plaza - but about a 5-10 minute walk from it. Still a great location nonetheless. Staff was friendly, rooms are huge and the interior is undergoing some nice improvements. Definitely recommend it over the Hampton Inn on the Plaza or Sheraton Suites Plaza (where I've also stayed in the last year). Free parking is a... more

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was impressive. There was a huge turnout for the manager's reception at night with free drinks and snacks, so get there early if you go. All the staff went out of their way to help, and they were all very friendly. more

MICE!!! The first day we were there in broad daylight there was a mouse running around in the lounge. As you know they have no bladders so they are urinating all the time as they move. I contacted the lounge staff and they said they have people to come in to take care of that. I then went the front... more
