Nothing worth complaining about...the staff were exceptionally friendly and the food was great. The location is OUTSTANDING - walk to just about anything you'd want and close to several corp HQs. It's just a bit tired...again, nothing really to complain about, but it has some age on it for sure.

Hotel is in bad need of renovation. Rooms are musty, carpet badly stained, club lounge is a disgrace. Overall feeling is that no one cares about this property anymore, staff is merely putting in their time. Very sad & depressing hotel.
