The staff at the hotel did their very best to take care of the guests. Check in was a breeze. I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite (room 1516). It overlooked the ball park. The room was very nice, and very clean. There was nothing that I would change about it. There is also a very large waterpark attached to... more

We stayed at the Sheraton for Father's Day weekend to see the Cardinals play at Kauffman. After checking in we went accross the street to Denny's at about 4:30. While we were gone 3 cars had their windows broken out in the middle of the parking lot at the Sheraton. With being close to the stadiums and having the water... more

This hotel is definitely not worth paying full price. Management is horrible. 1 person staffing front desk for Fri afternoon check-in, room was hastily cleaned, toilet ran forever(husband finally shut off water so we could get to sleep), took 7 hours to get rollaway delivered, outdoor pool was DISGUSTING. I realize there will be noise from other rooms but walls... more

I am from Northwest Arkansas and drove to Kansas City with my 4-year-old son for the purposes of going to CoCo Key and Worlds of Fun. The staff was friendly enough and it was very easy to get to and from I-435. The stadiums are within walking distance, although we didn't go there. Our room was 911 in the tower... more

My girlfriend and I spent three nights here rooting on the Tigers when they visited the Royals in April. We were greeted by Mark at check-in and he was the shuttle driver to and from the games, he was very knowledgeable about baseball and it was fun talking with him, he is a nice friendly face for the guests to... more

Living in KC, I've driven by this hotel hundreds of times - first when it was the Adams Mark and then after its rebirth as the Sheraton. They added a CocoKey water park a couple of years ago and my wife and I decided to use some SPG points to spend a Saturday there with our son. Honestly, the hotel... more

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a Royals game. Within walking distance to the stadium but they have a shuttle that will take you to the game and bring you back. This was certainly nice especially for night games. Older property but it has been renovated -a few missed details in the renovation but for a 3 to... more

We picked this hotel because it is close to Kauffman Stadium. Some friends and I made the roadtrip from Michigan to watch the Tigers vs Royals. It is within walking distance to the stadium, which is very nice and saves on parking. The rooms are very nice, clean, great flatscreen tv's, and just very comfortable. There are lots of kids... more

I was a bit worried about staying at this Hotel after viewing so of the reviews posted here. My son and I were visiting KC while on our way to Columbia . We attended the Yankee/Royals game while we were there and wanted to sample some famous KC BBQ. Of course the Hotel is acroos from I-70. The Hotel offers... more

We recently spent 2 nights at the Sheraton Sports Complex Hotel in Kansas City and the Coco Key Water Park. My husband was there for business and we decided to make a family trip out of it. Since the hotel was attached to the Coco Key Water Park we decided this would be a perfect place for me to spend... more
