I was disappointed in the room at the Aladdiin Holiday Room. The room was very small, noisy and the mattress was uncomfortable. The room lacked small details such as a blanket mat for the tub and replacement tea bags. While the location was excellent to access the convention center I will definitely look at the hotels nearby for next year. more

They overbooked their hotel and didnt seem to care they did. The staff was courteous but didnt seem to care about where we had to stay. They gave us a room 15 miles away .
