I always stay at the FourPoints at KCI and have enjoyed each visit. However, this time I noticed that housekeeping made my King-sized bed using Double-sized sheets. The title says it all, it doesn't look too bad on the surface but this is a very very old hotel that they have applied a pretty thick veneer to but that ultimately cannot properly cover up how old the hotel is. Noisy, dirty, terrible staff. We paid a higher price to stay in what we thought would be a better hotel and were sorely disappointed.
