We arrived an hour early and were graciously shown to a room that was ready. The room was modern, clean and had a nice refrigerator and microwave and a wonderful flat screen tv. Most importantly the room was clean and they provided shampoo and conditioner. I asked Heather where some good restaurants were and she instructed me to check out... More

Probably the cheapest place you'll find, that this nice, in the city-center of Kansas City. Convenient to everything, clean, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and bed. If you don't like cities you won't feel safe, but if you're used to cities you will.

A buddy and I spent 3 nights here in late June for baseball. There is nothing by the stadiums, so if you're in town you'll need a car. A bonus is the free parking this hotel offers. Yes, an able bodied person can walk to and from Power and Light from here. It worked out well to head to the... More

Stayed one night. Wanted to stay 2, but they wouldn't honor the same rate and raised it $25 more for a 2nd night! Safe, clean place to stay in the heart of downtown. Great breakfast. Nice luggage carts for the luggage. Easy in and easy out. Would stay there again after locking in the rate. Desk clerks were not there... More

We stayed here when we attended a Jimmy Buffet concert. Great hotel. Clean and we'll kept. Desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Within walking distance (15 mins and safe) of the Sprint Center and the Power & Light District. They had a very nice breakfast buffet although we didn't partake as we had to be on the road early. Access... More

We came to Kansas City to Party. And party we did. The staff was friendly. The rooms are clean. Sleep was good. This is definitely a little older hotel, but has been maintained and does exactly what you want it to. Keep you close to downtown KC without the Sticker Shock. Unless you plan on spending a lot of time... More

We reserved our rooms several months in advance, we were to have 3 rooms together, 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 room with a king (because that was all that was available when making our reservations). The rooms were to be all together. Which I understand that the queen rooms and the king room may not be right... More

This hotel was perfect for our stay during the Big 12 tournament. It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance (10 blocks) of the Sprint Center. Brittney was especially helpful in getting us a reservation for a third night when we needed it. She even went out of her way to call and let me know that she secured the... More

Yes, it's a nice cheap little hotel. I stayed there for two days while attending my daughter's dance convention at Bartle Hall. Little hotel, as in parking. If this place sells out, you are parking at a overflow lot somewhere else. Despite the maze that is the convergence of highways in kcmo, the hotel is easy to find. Unless you... More
