Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms (no cigarette stink!), and the free breakfast bar is outstanding. Our first trip to KC and it was great. Large suite and bath. Comfy couch and chair. Hard bed. Stayed two nights. Had to have keys remade each morning as they no longer worked. NOISY!
