After a night of poor sleep due to very noisy neighbors (or maybe just paper thin walls?), the following night I again complained to the desk clerk about the kids next door running in and out every few seconds and making a lot of noise in the process. Other than calling the offending parties both times and telling them to quiet down, nothing was done when they failed to do so. Ultimately, I packed my stuff on the final night and went to another hotel.
This hotel is near the Worlds of Fun park and during my stay was full of screaming children running through the halls, and around the pool area. I do not know why the management allows this noise but if you're after a quiet place to get a good night's sleep this surely isn't it. I'd also add that for the basic amenities they provide, it's a bit overpriced anyway.
