We stayed here a couple of days with our toddler and baby. The rooms were large and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great including granting us a very late checkout on our last day. I would definitely stay here again. The only bad part was the free breakfast. It was basically just toast, cereal, and... more

Stayed here before flying out the next morning. Room and beds were a nice size. Sink and mirror were outside the shower/toliet room, which I always like. Staff was friendly. We got this room off of priceline so the price was GREAT for us!! I would stay here again, no doubt. We left too early for breakfast, so I can't... more

Had a family reunion gathering of 30 people at the Hyatt Memorial Day weekend. Hotel packed with pre teen kids for a baseball tournament and a softball tournament also going on. Very quiet rooms. Heard no noise from other rooms. Complimentary breakfast was good. Too bad you have to pay more just to get some eggs and/or bacon. Drury across... more

This hotel was amazing and we will definitely stay there again! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and completely modern and the beds were comfortable. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, which surprised me. Usually the pictures on the website look somewhat like the room but these are exact. The breakfast is pretty good,... more

Check in was fast and friendly. The room's decor was....yuppyish. It had a nice roomy wraparound couch with a huge ottoman, a computer workstation, a wetbar area, a huge (42"+) flatpanel tv. The bed area is separated from the couch area by quarter wall giving it a more intimate feeling. The tv is set up so that you can see... more

I stayed overnight prior to an early flight the next day and found this to be an excellent hotel. The room was quite clean and the bed/furniture was comfortable. The HDTV is as large as I expected and glorious! One somewhat disappointing point was the bathroom, which is a bit small (just enough room between the toilet and the shower... more

This hotel is located convenient to MCI, a little further than some, but well worth the extra mile or so. When you first come through the doors you will find staff there waiting to greet you and to explain how the food ordering, work out center, etc operates. The check-in is fast and painless and you are then left to... more

Stayed at Hyatt Place Airport Kansas City on 9/28/08. Traveled with elderly parents and adult sisters / brother. Location / Hotel: Beautiful, dressed up Amerisuites. Rooms were double queens with queen sofa bed. All very nice and comfortable. Only about 10 minutes from MCI. Food: Had great continental breakfast with cereals, fresh fruit, waffles, etc.. Served Starbucks coffee. Have a... more

Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! The front desk staff is great. I had booked the incorrect date, and the staff was so accomadating. They really did go way out of the way. They spent over 30 minutes getting the reservation fixed. For the great staff alone I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Place. I got to the... more
