Stayed at this hotel two nights this week for a business trip. It was fantastic. The room was wonderful, the staff was great! Great location (across the street from Country Club Plaza). A friend of mine said it was recently renovated. It was top drawer the entire stay. Highly recommended!!! more

Pros: Room was clean, newly decorated, new carpet, wallpaper throughout. But as a newly renovated hotel, that's expected. Booking was easy with teir 800 number and they were really nice and friendly when we had to reschedule. Great location, entirely non-smoking hotel (the bar area may be smoking). All of the other Intercontinental Hotels we have stayed in have been wonderful, but our experience in Kansas City was horrible!!
