I found the hotel staff over the phone to be rude and completely inconsiderate. I called looking for a wedding party staying at the hotel and my call was passed on to multiple employees, all of which were rude, and non-helpful. I expect more from a premier hotel on the plaza. This place does have a great location, but the hotel is falling apart and the service is non-existent. We stayed in a junior suite and it was roomy and the tv's were nice, but they probably should've spent the money on the showerhead. Or maybe they could've cleaned our room before 6:30 p.m.? The best thing about this hotel is the location. You are right in the middle of the Kansas City Plaza area, which has great shopping and restaurants. It only goes downhill from there.
