Nice hotel but the a/c would not go under 72 and my 10:00 am shower was cold. No fridge/microwave available. The Hotel was completely booked and busy. Close to power and light district nightlife. Staff was great.

I traveled to Kansas City with 2 girlfriends to spend Memorial Day weekend there. When we arrived, the Valet was attentive and very quick to help us out of the car. Highly disappointed with this hotel. It definitely needs a major upgrade. No refrigerator or microwave. I have traveled quite a bit and the staff that I encountered during our stay were amazing. Not only were they polite but they also had personality that made the stay unique. Not only that, but the room was amazing and the breakfest was very good. Will definitely be coming back. Thank y'all!
