A hotel among the truck stops near the Missouri - Oklahoma border just west of Joplin has been renamed a Sleep Inn and is being renovated. It appeared about half the rooms on the second floor were being renovated. Our room had been renovated and was quite nice. We had a king and there was plenty of room. There is... More

We've had good experiences at Sleep Inns before, but was "let down" at this location. Room was very small. There was no closet, just a small wardrobe. Looks like renovations were started in our room, but not completed. The breakfast area was cramped, but food was okay. Restaurant at travel plaza next door was typical truck stop food. We did... The hotel did not have the channels I wanted to watch , A@E and ION ! There was no refrigerator in room . The so-called Internet was terrible ! The breakfast was unsatisfactory , went to the petro to get a REAL ME AL ! The room was very small ! I liked the shower but the water pressure was... More

A clean, average room, for the price of a single I feel there should be more. Walking distance to the Travel Plaza next door, with a choice of food. Staff was courteous, and Breakfast ample. Price just a little too high for me.

The motel is conveniently located just off the interstate. It was clean and the counter person was very friendly. Since we were Choice Privileges members, she upgraded our room from a queen to a king. It was comfortable but very small. Breakfast was great and offered a variety of choices including biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage biscuits and breakfast burritos.... More

Staff was friendly, but the rooms are not up to standard with what I would expect of a Choice hotel. When we walked in the lobby, it felt damp and smelled of old cigarettes. The room was small and felt very damp. The air conditioning was not on prior to us being in it so it had to cool down..... More

We were very pleased with our room at this hotel. We had a king-size bed which usually is a smaller room but this room also had a desk which was useful for our computer time. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Only spot I seen that needs attention is about 8" strip in front of shower door that might... More

Given that there's not that much to choose from, it was ok. Got there during pouring down rain. Clerk actually had to get up out of her chair to wait on me but was helpful. Room smelled musty--nothing that was wet got dry--it stayed moist. It was a one bedroom queen so no room for anything. Shower was good--breakfast was... More

Needed a hotel for 1 night while traveling with my family and our dog. Pet friendly hotels are scarce in the area so this was our option. Looks great from the outside. As soon as you step in though, you will be overcome by the smell of cigarette smoke. To the hotel's credit, there's no actual smoke anywhere but the... More

This is an excellent place to spend the night or several days. The rooms are on the small side but what difference does that make if you just need a place to sleep. Everything was extremely clean, and the decor was very nice. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. The best part was the price was so reasonable. I... More
