I took my mom on a Mother's Day trip and we stayed at this hotel. It was a great value. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly! We also got the breakfast deal and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was the usual Hilton quality hotel. The price is very reasonable for the area and it isn't too far away from most businesses in Joplin. The bar and restaurant area was smaller than expected and didn't stay open very late but there were plenty of places nearby.

I come to Joplin every year. It is right next to everything I need in Joplin. Very clean, friendly and I love the breakfast buffet there. I also love the room designs. If you are in Joplin i highly recommend staying here.

Great staff service with a smile. Nice little bar for a drink after five comfortable lobby with break out areas. Clean rooms. Groute missing in tile floor in bathroom. Need to improve construction supervision.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Joplin is very clean, new, and friendly with staff. It feels very modern and the rooms are clean but the staff is also very accommodating good value but the only caveat is the internet being slightly slow.

Front desk was very helpful in recommending restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and the whirlpool inviting. The fireplace in the lobby made the environment welcoming. The hotel is centrally located to many different restaurants and shopping. It was also easy to access from the interstate.

The man at the front desk was wonderful, very helpful and polite. The room was beautiful and comfy. I also thought it was a great value for such a nice room. We will stay here and at other Hilton Garden Inn locations in the future.
