This smaller hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and the capital. Its rooms are charming with even a small ceiling fan above the seating area; beds are very comfy and it is nicely decorated. The lobby is elegantly decorated as well. From the disinterested, unifomed front desk staff to the "don't bother knocking" housekeeping staff, this was a surprise. The lack of television or working light fixtures added to the rustic feel of this unique property. They are very employee friendly though.
