We recently stayed just one night (our anniversary) and purchased the Escape package. This entitled us to the 5 course Degustation menu for Dinner anf full breakfast. The accommodation was great, a fantastic king size bed, two person spa and slow combustion fire were the highlights. Dinner at Manfredi's was truly exquisite with the food and service worthy of it's... More

Bells accommodation is great. Staff are good and the rooms are well cared for. The bed we had was enormous. However, the same thing cannot be said about the restaurant associated with the hotel. We have now tried it twice and have not really been happy either time. Thinking the first time may have been an exception we tried it... More

A stay at Bells will make you feel like landed gentry. That said, if you're not the type to sit back and enjoy the scenery, you might find it all very boring. I came to Bells to attend a conference there. The grounds are truly stunning, like something out of a movie, with buildings that are both elegant and inviting.... More

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad your conference went well & you loved our property. It's a shame you didn't get to use your cottage fireplace or reverse cycle air conditioner. These are in every room type. Killcare and surrounds offer plenty of activities such as stunning coastal bushwalks with view back to Sydney. The walks also showcase some... More

Love this place! Highly recomended. Rooms exceptional. We are staying in the deluxe spa suite, well worth the $$. Hotel staff are/were friendly and helpful in the lead up to and during our stay. Easily contacted by phone and email when organising the finner details. We checked in late after coming from Sydney airport (around midnight) and was met by... More

I was lucky enough to win an overnight stay so was very excited to try out this luxury hotel. We arrived late on Friday afternoon our room was lovely but freezing - would have been a nice touch to have the heating on. The room was nicely decorated but lacking in warmth and the luxury touches I would expect given... More

Dear Kerri, Thank you for your feedback. It's a shame your expectations were not met. We are very disappointed and have addressed the correct department of your feedback. Our cottages and suites all have Espresso di Manfredi coffee that is freshly ground and stored in lovely sealed jars. These are not old. Our staff are professionally trained and often receive... We stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage for 4 nights which also included breakfast daily, degustation meal one night and dinner the other nights a la carte. The retreat itself is stunning. Massive property with beautifully manicured gardens which are quite delightful to wander around. There is a lovely herb and vege garden complete with scarecrow that Stefano and the... More

Had 4 wonderful days at Bells midweek. A great getaway and very relaxing. The accommodation was 5 star and the villa beautifully appointed. The rooms were clean to 5 star standards. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured and in the last year won best garden for a regional competition. Although not on the beach, the local drives to the... More

We had a 2 storey spa cottage with a package that included a degustation dinner one night, a 3 course a la carte the next, and full breakfast both mornings. The sommelier Adam was great and made our meals even more enjoyable. Our cottage had a lovely balcony upstairs to enjoy the sun, and a covered verandah downstairs. Huge bedroom.... More

Stunning property and rooms are beautiful however for the price paid I expected a few more things... for example... basic amenities missing from the bathroom like cotton woll buds, shower cap, extra hand towel and whilst the Tea/ Coffee facilities were lovely for $700/night it would be nice for a biscuit or two to be provided. Bannisters at Mollymook is... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on a mini bar for all of our cottages and suites, so next time you visit perhaps you will see this wonderful new addition. Glad you enjoyed the restaurant. Hope you are aware of the Stay 3 Pay 2 we have on offer until the end of winter 2015. Hopefully we... More

We had two nights at Bells as a break from busy Sydney. It is only a bit over 1 hr drive from Sydney (on a good day) so it was very convenient for a short break. The reception was very welcoming and explained how things work at the hotel. Our villa was down near the lake, so we had lovely... More
