This is a nice hotel, on the main drag in Paracas with excellent views of the Pacific and in close proximity to all the restaurants / cafes as well as the dock for the boat trips. The rooms were very clean, however fairly basic. That said, the hotel provides WiFi and satellite television with plenty of hot water. The breakfast... More

Overall, Hotel Gran Palma was a great place to stay in Paracas. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the road, cable TV, and a private bathroom. The shower was nice and hot. Breakfast in the morning was decent. It seemed that by 8:30 or 9:00 almost everything was gone. We had to ask to mugs for coffee and plates... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night and could have stayed there longer. Yes, the rooms are quite small but not as small as described in other reviews. The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The room I had, had a ocean view which was a nice plus. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently... More

The hotel Gran Palma was the best find on our whole trip. We were greeted at the front desk by very helpful individuals and this service continued for the whole time we were there. While small, the rooms were clean with great water pressure in the shower and good beds. We lucked out and had a room with a small... More

We really felt that we had picked the best hotel in Paracas. The hotel is clean with a simple, modern design. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the town and ocean. Air conditioning made the room comfy, as did cable TV. Hotel staff was incredibly nice and easygoing. The best part is the rooftop... More

Located close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier where the shuttle boats take you to the Ballestas Islands. It feels almost new, is very clean, has good service and a good breakfast on a terrace overlooking the ocean. If you're in Pisco to visit the Ballestas, then this is an excellent value choice. There are not... More

On the plus side, it's close to the beach and restaurants, breakfast is OK, staff is nice. But there are hostels nearby for 1/3 the price and they are nicer/cleaner. We booked an ocean view room but it was tiny. Just a foot or so between the bed and the wall. I banged my head on the tiny wall-mounted TV... More

This hotel was okay, we found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. The room was a little lacking as far as size and noise from the street, but we did love the terrace on the top floor - you could look out over the ocean. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed talking... More

We-ll, the hotel staff were extremely kind. Rooms small, clean and basic, midranged price, I think: not backpack and not deluxe. Modern fittings but daft fixtures: a toothbrush and cup holder but no towel rails. Beautiful bath tiles and no water in the taps for a half day. So they get the 4th star for kindliness. They were so helpful... More

At over $100 per night this is one of the most expensive hotels we've stayed at in Peru and definitively one of the most disappointing. The rooms are very small, only just enough space to move around the double bed (which was certainly not large as promised), only one bedside light, certainly a bathroom for only one person at a...
