We got off of a bus in Paracas at around 10pm with no place planned yet to go. As we stood there looking quite confused we were asked if we needed a place to stay and that the bus station had a hotel in the back. We were a bit unsure at first but were pleasantly surprised. For only 40... More

Being a obsessive planner, I searched online and booked one night in Paracas ($40) and tours to the Ballestas and National Reserve ($35 each) all through Zarcillo (which is actually a travel agency that manages a few hostels). This booking was made months in advance of my trip. When I arrived in Paracas, I was told I had to pay... More

Only stayed the one night, but is a nice little spot. Set up and designed to fit in with local designs and buildings. It's small and basic but conveniently right next to the bus station if you're only there for one night. About a 5 min walk into the town area. But is clean and safe. If I stayed in... More

We stayed here just one night as part of a Geckos tour. Our twin room was large and clean. It had free wi-fi (somewhat unreliable), a pedestal fan, bar fridge and TV. We had a lovely outdoor semi-private, enclosed patio off the back of our room. The covered roof terrace was a nice space but didn't have much of a... More

This was a beach front place in paracas, near the beach and board walk, for 1 night it served its purpose. Average bed and bathroom, food at lounge was so so, coffee at breakfast was sour (the milk I put in?)

Wife & I stayed here and didn't regret it one bit. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was more than ample-bit spartan. Outside sitting area was very nice, enjoyed some meals, snacks, and brews there. Downtown walk was minutes, as well as NP and other sites.Price was very reasonable. Being so close to bus station was a real positive. recommend... More

Pros: The room had two double beds, bathroom with toilet and shower, and sink outside of the bathroom. The room was clean besides the ant trail going through the room and multiple flies. There was a nice sitting area outside. Cons: You are literally staying in the bus station - something we didn't realize and weren't really comfortable with. The... More

We thought that the location, being adjacent to the Cruz del Sur bus station was a big bonus. At first, we thought it a bit weird, but we spent 2 nights there, and in the end, LOVED IT. If Alex is still there, ask him to help you with making a Pisco Sour. We had most of the ingredients, and... More

We were on a trek during our trip, and still this was the worst night we had in Peru. The hotel/hostel was directly next to the bus station, which means that you were also having your breakfast right next to the buspassengers.. A bit awkward!!! Also, NO A/C!! Just a floor fan, which weren't quite doing the job. We were... More

Perhaps it is typical in Paracas but there were far too many flies in the room! Need to keep the doors shut when they are cleaning or do a spray program. Also there was some kind of sewage smell that was affecting several of the rooms (at the end of the property), I was not the only one that asked... More
