I kind of wish it could be kept a secret, this very special and unique resort near Troncones. But it wouldn't be fair to the wonderful folks who own and operate this delightful place. We were invited to join good friends of ours there who were visiting for their second time from San Miguel Allende. They traveled there with about... More

Wonderful accommodating staff. Excellent food. They arranged horseback riding, kayaking, massages and pedicure / manicures. This is our third stay at Majahua Palms and it's become one of our favorite places to visit!!

We are frequent visitors to Majahua Palms, probably averaging three visits a year over the last few years. I just recently went during the Holy Week vacations to celebrate a milestone birthday and we rented out all the bungalows, the two suites and the upstairs apartment with friends and family. On this trip there were visitors who were first timers... More

I took a group of women on a yoga retreat and part of our group, including myself, stayed here. Everyone in the group loved the place. It’s quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. We chose to eat at the restaurant on many occasions & were never disappointed. One woman is still talking about the enchiladas. The bungalows are simple,... More

Our stay will be impossible to top. If you love great food, beautiful beaches, unbeatable sunsets and attention to detail by top staff and host's, this is The Spot. A short walk up the beach is the town of Majahua, where the people are friendly and accommodating and the food is very good. A short cab ride will get you... More

We had a great retreat at Majahua Palms for a week. The hosts and staff are great and very helpful, plus the restaurant on site provided good fresh selections. They accommodated our special requests for green smoothies for breakfast, vegan meals and Angela was an especially good chef - her presentations were beautiful as well as delicious. We brought snacks... More

My friend and I stayed at Majahua Palms for the past week. What a wonderful adventure! The cabana that we stayed in was spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. We would fall asleep each night to the sounds of the waves, and the geckos. Bird sounds greeted us with the dawn. The staff are friendly and helpful. We... More

After 5 times to Troncones with the last 2 to Majahua Palms we have found our spot. Look no further if you enjoy beaches, isolation, good food, comfort and friendly bilingual staff. A 15 min walk down the beach and you are at Majahua's oceanfront restaurants where barefoot or sandals are the norm. For $35-40 and 1/2hr you can taxi... More

Majahua Palms has been Home away from home for five years for our family living in mexico city: wonderful quite nice and simple hotel located over one of the nicest beach of Mexican Pacific Coast. The bungalows are nice, big, clean and peaceful. The resort has a very nice swimming pool and great green areas for the kids. The restaurant... More

If you need to get away from everything north of the border or even in Mexico where we live, this is the place. The staff could not be more attentive, yet not "in your face". No television, limited internet, limited cell coverage, lovely sunsets, good food and a great walking beach. All of the preceding are what make Majahua Palms... More
