We have been going annually to Eden since inception and love it more and more every year. Now they have a beautiful new pool that is stunning , with antique Mexican columns resting in the water on each side of the steps. It's like being in a dream at Eden. Perfect swimming in Manzanillo bay . The development of this... More

Hacienda Eden is our home away from home. We have stayed there 5 times over the last 10 years and are planning to return again next Fall. Eva & Jim have created a beachfront gem. And as perfect as it was before, we were delighted that they did the impossible & made perfection even better with the addition of a... More

We've become total converts after years of spending all our time on La Ropa in Zihuatanejo. From now on we will spend a good chunk of our Mexico visit here at Eden. The creators of this little paradise live on site and are warm and welcoming with lots of information and suggestions for what to do, see and experience. We... More

We spent 8 nights at the Eden hotel during our recent visit to Troncones. The hotel was a perfect base to surf Troncones point and the surrounding breaks. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with large balconies and great views. There is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, beach chairs and an outdoor shower for guests to use. The... A spot away from the madding crowds of Ixtapa but with all the amenities one looks for in a great beach holiday......great beach, good food, friendly service, not too expensive, quiet as you wish and spotlessly clean. What's not to like? Jean-Pascal the Chef serves up excellent Mexican food and variations all day long. For surfers, there is a point... More

We would not keep coming back, if we did not love Eden. We have great places in Hawaii and California that we go to yearly. Eden is our favorite. Jim, Eva, and Jean-Pascal(the chef) have created a wonderful, restful hacienda.

Jim and Eva have gilded the lily with the addition of an infinity pool and its two century-old columns framing the view to every shade of blue sky to sea, punctuated by the passing pelican, launch, paddle-boarder, breeching humpbacks just maybe, but wait: there is the full moon setting at dawn and spilling its goldenness all over the bay and... Been coming here for almost as long as they've been open. Perfect balance of beauty, great facilities, and low key mellow atmosphere. Already counting down the 50 weeks until we return. ¿Que mas quieres?

Perfect beach, perfect rooms, accommodating staff, we can't get enough. New pool is great. Hammocks relaxing, calling your name. If you a among the lucky you might even get to see some sweet, little, newly hatched turtles.
