We had a group trip of 8 people who stayed here and loved it. Sayulita is an amazing town. Charming, vibey, and even though it's grown over the years it's done a great job of keeping it's village "character". The penthouse we rented was laid out so well- with a nice big common area indoors and out. The kitchen was... More

First time staying here! Nice and clean and had everything we needed in the condo, plus more. Large spacious rooms, so our little guy can run around. Great family complex with amazing pool for you and your little ones. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to City Centre. We didn't rent a car or golf... More

The villas are quite large and the pool is nice and warm. Staff is very friendly. The only reason I give it 4 rather than 5 is because we stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor (they have no ground) but the 2nd floor patio for two of the bedrooms opens up to another building / walk pathway so... More

First, this is a condo complex with multiple rental managers and one on-site maintenance group. Due to the multiple-rental nature, when we showed up for our 3 day rental, we found they had overbooked our first day. They did put us in a beautiful condo for the one night, but we did have to change units the next day which... More

Nicely appointed condo with a great deck, effective and quiet ceiling fans (didn't need the ac), and furniture that was more comfortable than it looked. The unit had a couple of issues though... hot water was practically non-existant the entire stay and there was a broken valve under the kitchen sink that leaked a great deal. It had been jerry... These are newer construction and the pool is awesome. Individually owned units but with a manager who is usually there on site. Very safe, very nice and extremely well priced condos. I have stayed here twice at two different units and both times had great experience.

Secluded location. Rented 2 bedroom PH condo x 5 days. Great views of ocean. Stayed in Villa Veranda. Pool was fabulous. Elevators worked well. Building 3 has switchback climb. May be difficult for elderly. Condo was very nice. Only issues were the following: Fan in 2nd bedroom didn't work day 1 but was fixed day 2. No AC in living... More

We just spent a week here @ Los Almendros. Beautiful property, safe, wonderful pool. We slept with the windows/doors open all night. Short walk to town, no car needed. There are plenty of cute restaurants close to Los Alemendros, the North Side Cafe is a great for breakfast. (Kids loved the banana pancakes!) Plenty to do in town, kids also... More

Went to Sayulita for a wedding a few weeks ago. I stayed at Los Almendros with my family. It was a perfect place to stay. Great location, close to the beach and downtown. Away from the bars and restaurants but a quick walk (friends stayed downtown and they said it was noisy). Staff was nice and helpful. My father is... More

What can I say, this was our third stay at Los Almendros since 2012, and our second stay in the penthouse PH Buena Vista. The complex is beautiful, very well maintained and secure with private elevator access to the penthouse. The pool is the best in town. Another strong selling point of the PH Buena Vista is the full kitchen... More
