This is old soviet hotel, renovated years ago. Clean, comfortable, but still "Soviet-style" - far from what you expect for this price, service is quite slow. It is quiet from outside, but not from inside - doors are thin and you easity can hear everything from the corridor. Restaurant is very poor menu a la carte - I strongly recomend... More

I travel a lot and know how to differentiate luxury from economy. Though this hotel is really in need of proper service... rooms without air conditioning, unless you pay for an upgrade (600Rubles) to business rooms, which basically are the same from every aspect beside having air conditioning. reception barely speaking English and may be an extra charge apply for... The staff was not helpful and some were explicitly rude. The girl at the reception (Ksenia) erroneously charged my credit card, while the room had been prepaid. She claimed that she "did not see it in the system" and refused to provide a rebate. Finally we convinced her that we had prepaid the room and she miraculously started to see... More

The front desk is moderately helpful (they don't know English) and the attitude is not always useful. The main problem is that although the bathrooms have been updated, the rooms are a notch below modest. A single (double?) will get you two single beds, and they are really, really narrow. This is basically a Soviet-era hotel with a post-Soviet band-aid.... More

This was the most unpleasant stay we ever had to endure. After getting soaked all I wanted was a hot shower, but ended up shivering under luke warm water. They charge extra for everything under the sun including a bathrobe. The blankets did not have duvet covers (they were lying folded up underneath, so looked like we need to put... More

We stayed in these hotel for 2 nights from 13-14 jun 2013. We were surprise that we were directed to a side room for the buffet breakfast and dinners while Caucasians were dined in the main hall of the restaurant. We later found out the food served were of different quality and variety too. No explanation was given when we... More

cheap old kommunist hotel which was refurbrished by new owners. Parking is paid separatelly (first time for me to see the hotel which asks me to pay for parking). Rooms are tidy but small. Furniture is new. Restaurant is dark and ugly. Actually I do not understand why most of Russians preffer to call ugly restaurants like "True Russian Cafe".... More

I stayed one night. Booked on their website and charged 4100rub. The hotel was dark, the facillities are old and there was no air-conditioner. It was worse than the hotels I paid around 3000rub. Worse still, there was a sudden power shortage and then there was no water supply while I was in the middle of a shower. I had... More

I used to travel and stay in the town on Vladimir 5 times and was unhappy with the hotels. Last time I book for me and my international colleagues this hotel and both of us were happy! It is about 15 min away by taxi from the main railway station Vladimir and within 10 walking min toward sightseeing objects. I... More

The rooms are very clean and without problems. Did not work the remote from TV, but at the first address at the reception, he was changed. Breakfast at the hotel is very rich, there are traditional dishes, and classic Russian food, tasty and healthy. In the lobby of the hotel also has lots of shops with Russian souvenirs, gifts, books... More
