We stayed here for three nights in August 2011. Pascale and Bernard were amazing hosts and we really felt like we were friends of the family. We had dinner with them twice while we were there and both evenings were a lot of fun with excellent food and wine (thanks to Bernard's deep knowledge, particularly of Côte du Rhône and... More

Large rooms with stunning south facing rooms, we had a great balcony. The place is right in the centre of grigan which is a gorgeous old fortified town. Great central location to discover the drome provencale from (which is worth it). Very comfortable beds, nice and calm. Our host Bernard was a real gem and was incredibly friendly & fun... More

1st night stopover on our way back from the Var region to Calais. The house is located beneath the castle walls in the old quarter of the town. The room was large and tastefully decorated with a balcony. Travel cot was provided (no high chair available). Swimming pool and sun terrace at the lower level. Our hosts, Pascale & Bernard, used... This is a fantastic place. It is beautifully maintained and full of character. The couple who own La Demeure - Bernard and Pascale - are very special. We could not have felt more welcome. Pascale is very knowledgeable about the region and helped us every day with ideas for sightseeing, maps etc. Her suggestions were terrific. We enjoyed 2 meals... More

A wonderful nice house with a lot of caracter. For families with many children it´s absolutly perfect . Our children loved the house and village and i think we´ll stay there one more time. The landlords are super friendly and like to help each time. More

There were nine of us on a fun week stay in Provence. The B&B was wonderful. The best part was the hospitality of Pascale and Bernard, the owners. I felt like we were staying with friends - friends who had a passion for the area and were fantastic cooks. Our meals cooked by Bernard were some of the best of... More

This bed and breakfast felt like a home away from home, especially because of friendly and warm hosts Pascale and Bernard. We really enjoyed Bernard's cooking and eating by the pool in the evenings. I am a vegetarian so was especially touched when Bernard went out of his way to accomodate my preferences in his cooking. This was our first... More

Wonderful welcome in a beautiful old town house just behind the Chateau; the rooms are sparkling and done with elegant taste; meals seemingly improvised a joy; great bikes available for day trips and a small pool to refresh after a trip or a day in the south. Highly recommended. More

This was by far one of the highlights of our two weeks in France. Grignan is a wonderful city, and the hotel measures up in every way. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very clean, and the view of the countryside and mountains from our window was beautiful. The real draw here, though, is the couple who owns the... More

This small B and B is a find. The hosts, Pascale and Bernard, have lovingly renovated an ancient building to create an oasis. The rooms, decorated with a modern sensibility and clean lines are airy, light and spacious with very comfortable beds. Through the big shuttered windows are vistas of the surrounding countryside. Common space is very comfortable. A typical... More
