My wife and I stayed here11 days because of the great location for exploring most of the important areas of Provence, and because of the extrodinary attention we received from the owner and his wife. There are a couple of good restaurants here, but our favorite was the Bistro La Caseta. Martin and Silvia Rossbach

Just finished another painting workshops in Provence, and our last days for the group were spent at L’Hôtel de Provence in Tarascon. We love this small city because they are no tourists and it is well connected (bus and train) to all the most popular cities such as Arles and Avignon. This time, we gave a perfect scoring to a... Beautiful hotel with wonderful hosts. We stayed 5 nights in a suite which was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable(although bigger, plusher towels would be nice). The terrace balcony was lovely to sit out on in evening after a long days driving and sightseeing. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and wonderful home made yoghurt. But...it is the... More

If you enjoy a hotel that appeals to the eye, this is for you. From the outside it attracts with style and character. It is a beautiful old building that has been maintained and decorated with tasteful care and attention. Our suite was ideal for relaxing; spacious with an extra sitting room and opening into the large balcony where we... More

The hotel is located just near the entrance to old Tarascon. It doesn't have a parking but there is parking possibility in the area. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast. But the best part is the host, the king of the castle so to speak. He is always there when you need him and he offers great advices re restaurants and... More

Very charming, with comfortable room, with antique furniture and an amazing updated bathroom! The veranda is quite agreeable, a place you want to stay. In the morning, breakfast was perfect, including fresh strawberries just arrived from the market. The owners make you really feel at home... Reserved parking in front of the hotel is great!

Very comfortable room, good bathroom, and superb breakfast - including homemade yoghourt. The owners are welcoming, pleasant and helpful - and recommended an interesting restaurant for dinner which we would never have chosen ourselves but which we much enjoyed. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel but we were given a card which entitled us to park... More

Great bed with fantastic comforter. I had 2 nights of deep sleep. My 2nd floor corner room was quiet, clean and large with access to the terrace. The owner was friendly and very helpful. When we arrived and parked the car in the hotels designated area we got a parking ticket. The owner was upset, took the ticket and stated... More
