My friend and I enjoyed our "once in a lifetime" trip to the Luberon Valley, and after visiting many picturesque villages, we agreed that staying with Roger and Laura was truly the BEST part of our trip. The village itself is simple and beautiful, and not overloaded with commercial signs. Roger and Laura will cook you amazing breakfasts for you... More

This wonderful B&B is located in a quaint, 400 year old village, the Luberon Mountains. Laura and Roger are special people and charming hosts! This was our 2nd vacation here, for good reason, Laura is a gourmet cook and Roger compliments her food, by being a gracious host! Don't miss their 3 course dinners, offered in the old bakery, on... We dined at this restaurant last night and I cannot rave about it enough. The owners are charming, the village is spectacular, the food was truly wonderful. Don't miss this place! It's only 4 tables and it's in a centuries old bakery. The town is wonderful to explore before dinner. It's a set menu, but they ask about all your... More

Provence has no shortage of quaint B&Bs in postcard worthy villages, but what really set this one apart was the proprietors and their superb service. Roger is incredibly personable and Cathy's dinner was hands down the best meal we had during our 8 day stay in the region (chevre and pomegranate salad, duck breast, cauliflower au gratin, and green beans... We were 8 adultes recently to spend 4 to 5 days here and must say that it was one of our best times in the Luberon. What makes Belle de Nuit special are Cathy and Roger who are absolutely wonderful hosts and Cathy is a superbe chef!! Thank you, and hope to see you again soon! Sabrina and friends, xx

We stayed at this great place for a week in early April. We were very well looked after by the host couple Laurie and Roger. Both speak excellent English and really care about their guests. Every morning we got various good breakfasts with fresh fruit juice or a mango smoothie. One morning we were spoiled with pancakes and maple syrup.... More

Thanks to Laurie and Roger for their hospitality. Everything in the room was great, breakfast was awesome - handmade fruit juices and pancakes on the last day were perfect. Very friendly, charming and magnifique house in the heart of such a beautiful village. All you need for a perfect weekend.

I booked to stay in the picturesque Oppede Le Vieux by myself for 4 days - having never been to South of France before. I could not have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts Roger and Lauri are the so warm, friendly & helpful I didn't feel alone the whole stay. The (C600?) building has 5 rooms, quaint... More

Belle de Nuit is a great little B&B in the tiny, tranquil, historic village of Oppede Le Vieux. It also runs a restaurant for guests and others on demand, a real plus given there's only one other restaurant in the village. Roger and Laurie are the owners, he's a very friendly, entertaining and helpful host with impeccable English and his... More

We had a wonderful set menu of 3 courses at Belle de Nuit in the beautiful old village of Oppede. Laurie is the chef and Roger looks after the diners. He is a gregarious and friendly host with lots of entertaining stories and who speaks perfect English. Each of the courses was fresh and beautifully presented. There were only 5... More
