We booked this hotel over 2 months before our family holidays. Two days before our arrival, we contacted to ask for a baby bed and to our surprise the owner told us he had no room for us. He had forgotten or lost our reservation and had given our room to a client from Booking.com. Even worse, he didn't offer... More

We rented almost all the rooms as a family for a wedding. Needless to say the place is lovely, nice and clean and very well located close to the Alpilles but the hosts were very friendly and kind to us. I needed to iron my dress for a wedding and the lady actually offered to do it for me. we... More

The owner of this B&B, Jean-Paul, was so warm and inviting, he made you feel like you were an old friend visiting for a few days. He was very helpful in planning daily tours and has a wealth of information about local sights and restaurants. He also explained the history of the area. This B&B is centrally located for day... The place is just magic. The Ferrand Family are great hosts, very polite, charming and humble people. I really enjoyed the entire stay here. They made my wife and I feel comfortable, and welcome. Mrs. Marie Ferrand and family were kind enough to recommend us a route to visit the Provance not to say that the place was clean, big,... More

Firstly, the location is ideal for exploring Provence. We rented one of the lofts and it's well worth the extra expense. Very spacious and having washer is nice on a longer trip. Also a plus to have a refrigerator to cool all your wines for late night drinks on the garden. The best part by far is the owner and... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon. While not in an area of interest, its location (halfway between Avignon and St. Remy-de-Provence) makes it a great base for exploring the multitude of sites in Provence. The owner, Jean-Paul, is very friendly and provides excellent travel tips (forget about the GPS directions and follow his recommendations... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in July and loved it , had a very french feel and staff were very polite and helpful. The villiage is small but lovely and its a great location for driving to other places . Breakfast was great as we sat around a large table in the garden with other guests . Thoroughly enjoyed.

We were looking to stay in the Auvignon area and luckily had Le Mas Ferrand recommended by a friend who had stayed there a few years ago. The accommodation was magnificent (we had a loft apartment for 4 nights). The host (Jean-Paul) was an excellent font of local and international knowledge and was more than happy to share this with... Charming house, accommodation in the renovated apartment on the property was very comfortable. The shower was interesting; not closed off from the bedroom, so you had better be comfortable with your roommate. Location is excellent for going between Avignon, Arles, and the Luberon. Breakfast was tasty and all locally provided. The proprietor is extremely friendly, speaks good English and is... More

We had a wonderful 6 days at Les Mas Ferrand in April 2010. Our host, Jean-Paul was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He gave us superb tour advice and each day we discovered more delights of Provence. The accommodation was excellent, genuine old world-style manners, warm and comfortable, and the family welcoming. Breakfasts were a highlight with local boulangerie... More
