The room was actually half of a room. There was no chair or sofa so we could sit down and read. No owner or manager was ever seen. A 16 year old girl Gave us a key The breakfast part of theB & B was soft mushy potatoes with cheese melted on it. There's a piece of cut up apple... More

The Inn is in a great location and within walking distance of most gift shops. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. I thought the breakfast was tasty. I DO THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON STAFF HOSPITALITY and how the staff present themselves!!! Nobody ever came to take out trash out of our room and I had to... More

we stay in Hermann every year for Octoberfest, but this was the most expensive, $250 a nite, really! So I'll just list the pros and cons. Pros: we were on the second floor, main building, room 201 so we had wifi in our room, beautiful light filled king bed room with bay window on Market street. Everything is relatively new... More

Nice, clean spacious rooms with fridge and microwave. It also had pretty courtyard and balcony. Not sure what breakfast would have been since we had to check out before it was served at 9 am. There was no wi-fi in our room but it did work in the lobby.

Overall this wasn't a bad stay, but there were some definite eh moments. Pros: Everything was clean and seemed newly renovated. This is very important to us and we were glad to see how clean everything was. This b&b was located on 4th & market which was conveniently located to several places and was a constant stop on the trolley... More

I took 20 women on a motorcycle trip to Hermann. We found the rooms very large and clean! The staff was accomodating. I am an event planner and found Donna very easy to work with. The price was a little more than we would have like to have spent. It was hard to find a place in Hermann for a... More

Wine Valley used to be our preferred spot to stay in Hermann. We've always like their apartment-like setup of the rooms. But things aren't as good as they used to be. Their breakfast has been the same for years, and unless it's a coincidence, it's always a small breakfast casserole with fruit. We've stopped waiting around and skip breakfast when... More

The Wine Valley Inn is an old building dating back to 1890 according to the Inn keeper. It has served as many different businesses over the years. The outside is red brick, 3 stories tall. Inside the place has been recently refurbished with all new paint, etc. Our room, #205 was on a corner overlooking a courtyard and the street... More

Located in Hermann, Missouri and the wine capital of Missouri, one would think this B&B would reflect a good experience. At $200/night, the size of the room reflected the price, but that is where the value ended. We reserved four rooms for our group, and all agree, we will not return to the Wine Valley Inn. There are too many... More

I gave this place a positive review 2 years ago, but it has changed since then. There is no longer a delicious breakfast served to your table. It is basically a serve-yourself food bar that would be similar to any continental breakfast. The keys that I was given did not open the front door, so I was left stuck outside... More
