I have stayed in dozens of Super 8 motels. This one is fairly typical. My only complaint is that our non-smoking room smelled musty and like smoke. The room was clean and quiet with the extras I expect: free wi-fi, microwave, refrigerator, safe and continental breakfast (including cereal and toast). more

Recently stayed at the Super 8 in Harrisonville, and I would advise anyone considering this property to stay away - stay far away. To be fair, the hotel is conveniently located in Harrisonville, and as the other reviewers have stated, it is probably the best of the hotel choices in that area. However, that doesn't say much. Here's what I... more

First, I have to say, by looking at the exterior of properties in Harrisonville, this looks like the nicest in town. Given that, it was hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a few other really bad motels. I seriously contemplated sleeping in my car rather than in the room because of the... more

I agree....this is the best hotel in Harrisonville, but that's not saying much. BUGS BUGS BUGS !!!! I was told well, you have an outside room....so there's not much we can do. Then, we were on the very end of the hotel and running trucks in the parking lot all night kept us awake. When I inquired about it the... more

I made my reservation for the Super 8 in Harrisonville, MO on the advice of friends who stayed there a couple months ago, previous TripAdvisor reviews, and after comparison-shopping the motel rates in the southeast Kansas City area. I felt that all of the previous recommendations were accurate and found it to be a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.... more

Stayed at the Super 8 again last weekend with my family. It is still a clean, comfortable room. The common areas were also clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit cold in the pool, but it was cold and snowing outside. Not a great pool. Not a lot of room in the pool area. However,... more

It's a one star hotel so you will get one star accomidations. It's somewhat dirty and the staff was very, young....like high school age. Nice but not very knowledgable. On the up side...it's the best in Harrisonville. So if you must stay in that town, this would be your best choice. more

I took my grandchildren there. The hot tub had one jet that worked and the pool was all peeling and yucky. Our stool overflowed and they wanted to give us towels to clean it up ourselves and no one showed up with them. I found the manager and she got some towels and a bucket and came to our room.... more
