The only reason I didn't give this motel a four or five because it's an older Motel. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better location several convenience stores and establishments within walking distance. the room contained a 40 inch LCD flat screen, a very clean microwave and small refrigerator and blow... They obviously don't upkeep the rooms they don't reserve out regularly, I'm pretty sure our room hasn't been cleaned in months. When we walked in the room smelled like mold so bad it burned our noses. There were bugs all over the floor, in the tub and I didn't want to check the bed. I lifted the toilet lid and... More

Don't expect a $250/week motel to be a Hilton or at least a Holiday Inn. Stayed for almost 2 months. Didn't have a problem with the owner he was actually really nice and so was his wife and children. Our room was not as clean but for a job that keeps us 100% on the road I have learned to... More

I've been reading the previous review about Cortez, and I realized it's not about this motel, but Caravan. Probably since Caravan is not mentioned anywhere, the guy picked Cortez. I've been for one night at Caravan, and his description is exactly what I found here, at Caravan. The reception room has a strong smell of indian spices, not too clean,... More

The sign read something like, "comfort for less." Not exactly. As far as I could tell, there are only four motels in Harrisonville. This was the cheapest one I could find. I forget how much the Caravan was, but the Harrisonville Inn was $50 and the Super 8 was $60. This place was $35. I was traveling solo, so I... More
