I checked in and checked out within 60 minutes. Disgusting. Asked for a refund on my room, the desk clerk tried to give me a new key card...couldn't understand what I wanted. I will never stop at an America's Best Inn again.

My husband and I were in the Eureka area for our Grand daughters 1st Birthday. I booked there because I had a difficult time getting a room at other hotels due to a dog show in the area and all other places were booked. I must say after entering the room I now know why they had vacant rooms. When... More

We needed a room for a night traveling through Eureka, Missouri, and we stumbled on this motel. The worlds biggest mistake ever!!! As soon as I opened the door to our room this intense smell hit the back of my throat, at first I thought it was strong cleaning products but once my husband walked in, he said it was... More

I looked at the pictures listed here as "professional pictures", I don't know when those were taken, maybe when the hotel first opened, but it looks nothing like that now! I don't even know where to start on this place, but I will never take my family back nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone! We were in... More

Our room and the place itself is shabby, but of course the cost is much less than the other local motels. The room decor is dated, but the room was clean. Bed linens were clean and good, towels were clean but rough. Morning breakfast was a clamshell container of donuts, store bagels, corn flakes, a kid's cereal, coffee and milk.

Filthy. Dirty. Disgusting. Smelly. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. This wad a nite mare. Bugs and ants. Literally dead cockroaches were on the bath room floor. Some were alive to greet b you. The carpet had some odd sticky texture. Wear white socks. They will be black when you leave.

Non smoking rooms had been smoked in, they were musty smelling. Went down to have coffee and breakfast and could not get in to the eating area as the help were all having their breakfast before going to work. They were at all the tables and there was no place for paying customers to sit down or get back to... More

My family and I had never stayed at a cheaper hotel before. My husband insisted since it was just a quick overnight stop in between where we were going. Honestly, the outside looked kind of "cute" and so did the front desk area. At first I thought well this isn't to bad! Until we got to our rooms. It smelled,... More
