We arrived after midnight at the lobby. We were promptly met at the front desk by a cheerful host who had our key cards already processed and ready for us. Clean, good breakfast and nice staff, but..........the beds were awful. Upon entering the room, the divots in the mattress were noticeable through the bedding. Seems such a waste for all the positives to be for naught when you use the beds. more
Booked this room at the last minute after our first choice of hotel turned out to be too terrible to stay in. Staff was great. The room was modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is surrounded by other hotels and is very quiet. Definitely a place I will visit again. more
I stayed one night at this HIE. This is an older property, but in pretty good shape. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The wireless Internet was extremely SLOW. Stayed one night. Room was cleaned OK, but they have bolted the windows shut on the second floor so you cannot open window to air out the room. Had a musty smell you could not get rid of. Holiday Inn Express locations have become fairly consistant in their high standards of cleanliness and amenities. I love that I can fall into a clean bed with no nasty bedspread! We stayed overnight before a doctors appt and had a nice room. It is easy to get to. It does not have an indoor pool, but the exercise room was nice. The room was clean and the staff was great. more
This was an alright hotel but if we were staying in the area again we probably would not return to this hotel. We would try to find something nicer for the money we paid.
