It was late and we couldn't drive any further. We stopped at the Travel Lodge for the night and had no trouble checking in. We had trouble opening the door to the room but finaly over come that to step onto soaking wet carpet next to the air conditioner. Sat things on bed and went in to brush teeth, the... more

We are a decent family-oriented place that caters to a lot of business travelers and families. Our pool attracts a number of sports teams and families due to its hydrazone-purified system. we sincerly apologize to guest who have had a less than satisfactory experience.

Employees were very helpful and caring. My family and I felt as if we were their friends. Breakfast wasn’t bad. The rooms were nice and peaceful. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. All in all we enjoyed ourselves very much more

Check-in took forever. That was forgivable, as it was a very busy night. We were finally given the keys to our rooms and our "goody bags." When we got to the rooms, one was completely unmade and the other had a non-operational air conditioner. It was now 9:00 at night. We were reassigned to two different rooms after another extended... more

On occasion due to construction in the vicinity there is an issue with rodents being displaced and trying to occupy nearby residences. We do have routine pest control for the hotel. We do appologize our guest and we assure for their future satisfaction.

Where should I start? I'm really not one to complain about lodging, but this one has to be reported. Meet others there with the same feelings. Travel Lodge - Ramada should be ashamed of themselves. Don't let their photos fool you. When my husband turned on the outdated air conditiner No cool air, but lots of large dust balls though,... more

I was surprised by the quality of this hotel, having booked it at a higher rate I was sure it would be run down but was pleasantly surprised and property was quiet big. We came here with family for wrestling weekend. The rooms were well kept, clean. Seems new carpet. The bathrooms were newly remodeled with new shower curtains and... more

Stayed at the Travel Lodge for 3 nights while in town for a sporting event. The rooms were low quality at best. Our room had an overall dirty feeling to it. The bedding was thin and old, and did not fit the bed very well. Our room also did not have a microwave or a mini-fridge like they were supposed... more

There are certain rooms that have microwave/ refrigerators and are assigned upon request. At this time it is difficult to answer why they did not receive a microwave/ refrigerator. The entire hotel has new shower heads, new curtain, an curved curtain rods installed. All the damaged ceilings from winter closure have been repaired during the spring and summer.

I am jealous of the people who paid less then $99 to stay here. This was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. when we checked into room 174 in the evening it was obvious the the room was well worn. it was not until the light of day that the true horror of the room was evident.... more

When I called the hotel to cancel my reservation, they told me the reservation didn't exist so it couldn't be canceled. A few days after the intended stay, I received a letter indicating that I was being billed for not showing up for the reservation they had previously claimed didn't exist. I called and spoke to Shawn Shresta, the hotel's... more

We had three rooms books, please be aware that check-in is not until 3pm and not before. These rooms were $99/night but 10% discount got them for $89.00/night. These rooms should be $59.99 at most. All three rooms were shabby, dresser drawer didn't work in one of the rooms, the shower didn't work in the other, they were moved to... more

Thanks for responding. Our checkin time is at 3:00 to ensure that we have adequate staffing to expedite checkin, and to have ample time to clean rooms from the night before. Sometimes we are able to check in folks a little earlier--it all depends on our occupancy from the night before. My guess is this reservation was for one of...

We picked this motel because it was in a convenient stopping place on a cross-country driving trip. Check-in went fine; the price seemed reasonable. And the room seemed a bit shabby but OK ,on first glance. Then, at 10 p.m. when we decided to go to bed, we found that the bed appeared to have been slept in before: the... more
