We did not have the negative experience that some others have shared on this site. Yes, the property could use some updates, especially outside. BUT, it was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We did not encounter any problems or concerns whatsoever. If you are looking for good, economical lodging when visiting Columbia, don't pass this place... More

Air conditioner very noisy and loud. Could not provide us with another room but assured us it would be fixed for the second night. It was not. Did not sleep at all. Old and in need of renovation. The leak above lobby desk was dripping right on the customers. They desk person said "Oh It's condensation." The pool is the... More

We were assigned room 133, which has an outdoor access. Very convenient because our car was right outside the door. The room needs updating -- carpet and drapes look to be from the 80s. The paint job was sloppy. The wallpaper was peeling. Carpet needs cleaning. Old brass lamps are tarnished. Found a huge bug under the desk - yuck!... More

We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool - while on a trip visiting family. We wanted to find something with a BIG lobby so we could work on our one-year-olds wailing skills. This hotel was perfect for us. Bed was nice- pool was clean- breakfast was really good. We all had a great time and would like to come... More

The night before we stayed at another Quality Motel and were very happy so decided to stay here, a disappointment. Price was better but beds were awful lumpy and shower really was terrible. The breakfast was poor, no hot coffee . People were friendly but I felt unhappy about the room so was last night of Quality Inns for me... More

I knew we should of turned around and left as soon as we pulled in the drive. The pictures online make the hotel look better then what it truly looks like. This hotel was run down looking, rooms smelled musty and moldy, and the front desk personnel are not the friendliest in the business. They tired to fix the smell... More

The hotel staff as very incompetent and unable to book simple reservations. The rooms were very dirty and the bathroom vent and shower curtain had mold. The breakfast area was trashed and not maintained. I wouldn't let my dog stay in the filthy rooms.

The Quality Inn shows it's age, more so on the outside, but it's still a nice place to stay. The inside pool is well kept up, heated all year. The rooms are clean and linen's are freshly washed, and no bed bugs! The bathroom is a bit small but very clean. The televisions are either flat screen or analogue TV.... More

The facility and rooms are well maintained but suffer because of age. The exterior of the facility is no longer attractive and previews what to expect inside. The mattresses and bedding are in need of replacement, and the walls between rooms were not designed to minimize noise. Cost per night remains rather high, however. The facility and our room were... This hotel is showing its age, but it still has a lot to offer. It has a large indoor pool and patio area that will please children and teenagers. The breakfast is great. The rooms are not fancy, but the service is very good. It is very convenient to I-75.
