Convenient, friendly, with very big rooms and a nice atrium and pool area. Abundant breakfast. I got a great price off the Choice Hotels website with my AARP discount. It isn't new, and could use a little paint, repair, and cleaning of the common areas. My room was clean and well-appointed, though, and the bed was great. Ask to see... more

We pulled off at this Interstate exit to stay at the budget motel bordering the Quality Inn, because we had a coupon. The budget motel was VERY dark, hardly any lights anywhere, so, as two women traveling alone, we did not feel comfortable staying there. Luckily for us we also had a coupon for the Quality Inn next door, and... more

I recently spent two nights at this property which appears to be an older motel, originally constructed in the Holidome arrangement. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have no odors. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The decor is dated using dark jewel tone colors and white pickled furnishings. My room... more

The room was adequate and clean. We stayed in an exterior room, upstairs. The pool was GREAT with an actual deep end ( 9 Ft +). There is also an aging hot tub but it was still nice. The hot breakfast was more than we expected, although we didn't take advantage of it. My kids ate fruit loops. But it... more

We show cattle with our children, and usually we take our RV with us. 4 years ago, before our RV we stayed at this Quality Inn. It is roomy, very child friendly, Clean rooms. I am very quick to make a fuss if I find hairs, stains or unswept floors in any place we stay and this Quality Inn has... more

Just spent two nights at the Qualitly Inn. Had quite a different experience than many reviewers. My exterior room was on the East side of the complex. The door had a significant air leak and when a cold front blew thru a significant stream of cold air entered the room all night. The furnance was able to keep up but... more

We visit Columbia about twice a year, and we always try to stay at the Quality Inn. It's a classic motel of the type that was built in the '60s and '70s: Two stories, indoor pool and recreation center, and pleasant, lanscaped grounds. (In fact, it was built as a Holiday Inn.) Most motels of this type have been abandoned... more

I was traveling alone something I had never done before in a strange city. When I arrived at the hotel I was not sure by the looks of the outside if I would feel very safe. I had booked the hotel online and paid in advance. I sat in the parking lot and called my husband and told him of... more

I visit this hotel often as I travel through Missouri. I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is what makes this hotel more like a home. Julie at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with and the owner is a hoot! The rooms are adequete and the pool area is lovely. The lounge at the hotel rarely... more

It's easy to miss the entrance to the hotel as you have to drive through a BP gas station first. The hotel clerks were friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty standard issue hotel decor that was a bit run-down and used looking. It was good-sized and had a desk area and a round table with two chairs. Towels were... more
