The telephone in the room was the old fashioned kind and cord ripped and had to finally get them to give me a different phone for the room. No mirror in the bathroom. The place is seedy. The room was loaded with mold and I was totally stopped up as I am allergic. Tried to tell them I had to... More

Dear Guest, I wanted to take this time and apologize for the problems you had while staying at my location. I can assure you that is not a way we treat our guest and I can promise it will not happen again. It is my hope you would be willing to give us another chance to serve your lodging needs... More

Very nice motel! Booked online forgetting I had recently had my billfold stolen and had not yet replaced my driver license. Tracy was working the desk when I checked in and was very helpful in getting the name on my reservation changed so my friend could use his ID to check us in. Thank-You Tracy! The room was very warm,... More

Great value; as we travel I-70 for over 1,700 miles, this is a great stopover for traveling I-70. Great location, easy access, quiet room, personable services. Only downside-the bathroom exhaust fan did not run.

I spend football weekends and athletic events at this property it is clean and a good value considering other hotels jack their costs up a great deal. It is well located and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Tracy who seems to be handle things on the weekends.

This weekend every hotel was crazy priced however last minute I got a 2 full size bedroom for 99.00 a night. Still 15 more than a suite in jefferson city but I was down the street from the birthday. Nothing fancy...Seems like a place where workers from out of town stay. No one bothered us but there were men outside in the evening drinking and hanging out on the balcony and parking lot. Bottles and cans and trash all over in the morning but it was picked up very quickly. Breakfast was good.

Horrible room, nasty carpet, bedding was gross. Maybe some other rooms have been upgraded but not the one we stayed in. There were leftovers in the mini fridge, says a lot about how well the room was cleaned. Shady area of town. A bunch of closed restaurants around. Nothing worth walking to for dinner. Reaked of stale cigarettes. Ptac unit... More

The entire staff were very friendly. From the front desk to the hard workers that clean the rooms and the grounds. Room was spacious and clean. The bed & bedding was comfortable and the property was quite at night. There was no hair dryer in the room and the ice was a bit of a walk, but without a doubt... More

We recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn. If you don't want to read the whole review, the bottom line is we received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--RRI made an error and we were charged for it (the manager actually hung up on my husband!) When booking our reservation online, we specifically mentioned that a) we would be arriving very late (~2:00am)... More
