I found the staff at the front desk (both checking in and out) as well as the breakfast area, friendly and wanting to be helpful. The big banner outside indicated recently remodeled. I have no idea if our room had been remodeled. (1) the door didn't shut by itself, (2) it was hung crooked, so that you could see light... more

Positives: newly remodeled as La Quinta Hotel, adjacent to Holiday Inn Executive Convention Center, across road from Columbia Mall and restaurants, quiet room, good free breakfast, roomy desk area in room, fridge and microwave, low cost Negatives: difficult to find (behind Holiday Inn Executive Center) and hidden from view when on Stadium Blvd, mattress must be extra firm...too hard for... more

I recently stayed at the Baymont for a week while in Columbia for a workshop. I wasn't looking for perks, just a nice clean room and good space to work. While I don't consider myself picky, I won't be going back to the Baymont again. First of all, the furniture, linens, and other elements of the room are very worn.... more

Staying at the hotel was a good choice, seeing as how many other options were just too expensive. The staff at Baymont Inn is very friendly, and seem to genuinely enjoy working there, which is refreshing. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast in the morning. They offer a make-your-own waffle bar, which is great, and they have... more

This is a decent motel. The box of facial tissues in my room was empty, and the internet connection on the computer guests use in the lobby was so slow as to be useless, but in my opinion these are minor issues. My room was clean, and the front desk clerks were very friendly. more

This is where our group stayed on the third night of our organized Katy Trail bicycle trip across Missouri. This place didn't have much in the way of frills on the room, but it was certainly good enough for the money! And the breakfast was more than adequate. I'd stay here again, sure. more

I would say I do a bit more traveling than the normal person. Tonight, I'm staying in a room with my parents here at the Baymont Inn. The location, albeit tucked away, was amazingly easy to approach. Right off of I-70, this quaint Inn was a welcome and warm sight from the tiresome road. I can't honestly remember dealing with... more

Clean, cheerful hotel, and it's got a great rate. It's a two star with a fantastic complimentary breakfast. We stay here every time we're in Columbia to visit our daughter in school. more

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful when I called to make the reservations, when I called to confirm, and throughout our stay. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We were in Missouri for a graduation and had 5 rooms. We all agree they were FILTHY! Even the men in the family were... more
