I don't know what happened to the other reviewers of this hotel but I have been here this month and approximately 1 year ago and have had fantastic experiences both times. The staff is excellent and always accommodating. They have a pool and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast includes both fresh fruit and sausage and biscuits which others around... more

I thought the price was reasonable, and was pretty impressed until I received a letter the following week stating they charged my card another $25 for taking a pillow. We had a great stay & couldn't have been treated nicer. Everyone there were most kind & helpful. Of course the room was spotless & the Continental breakfast was more than adequate for us.We will definitely stay there again during the local Bluegrass festival twice a year. more

I'm not going to go into details, because chances are there will be another "positive" review (response) for this hotel to all complaints I would state. The "positive" review in here is odd because it responds to pretty much every complaint in the first "negative" review. And, it was the only review posted for any hotel by the "Missouri Reviewer".... more

I stay in plenty of hotels, and this was the first stay (and the only one where we encountered ANY problems) during our most recent vacation.
