If this was the first Ritz I had ever been to, I would never return to the brand. We try to get down to St. Louis six or seven times a year. We usually stay at the Ritz Carlton. We find the staff second to none. Like almost all Ritz Carltons, this one is beautiful with friendly professional staff. Excellent in room service. Gym well equipped. Bellman and door staff were standouts. Excellent location near airport, restaurants.
