The hotel was fine. Clean, but run down. Location was great. Hotel staff was friendly. The issue I had mostly was that there were so many little things wrong with the room. Water pressure was low, carpet unraveling in places, grout missing between tiles etc. obviously not deal breakers but not 4 stars either.

Great location in downtown Clayton, but has seen better days. Small jerky elevators that take forever to arrive when the property is busy. What a disappointing hotel. The location is pretty good. Downtown Clayton offers plenty of food and drink options nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel is not Sheraton quality. I recently spent the weekend at the hotel. My room was not ready by 3 pm but at 3:30 they bumped me up to the concierge floor. The room was clean, nice newer bathroom and nice and quiet. This is a thoroughly unremarkable Sheraton property which is convenient for the airport, and business in Clayton. The Sheraton Clayton Plaza is a solid choice if you are doing business in Clayton. Rooms are clean and recently renovated, but they are small (felt like one of the smaller hotel rooms I've experienced outside of NYC). Comfy bed, good desk, good HDTV. Restaurant operating with a limited menu. Staff is experienced and efficient.

We stayed in this hotel for its convenient location. The rooms were standard, clean with very comfortable beds. By far the best thing about the hotel was the service. Everyone was very helpful.
