A friend and I were looking for a convenient place near shopping and dining. We were impressed with this hotel and the value we got. We felt safe coming and going and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were lucky to be there on a weekend that was quite so the gave us an upgrade to a suite. staff was very helpful in check-in and making sure we were aware of the amenities of the hotel and what we had access to. The rooms were very quiet and clean but the location of the hotel is a little bit set back from the entry with a small sign harder to see at night.

This Hilton is definitely more of an average hotel in my opinion, others may feel differently. Somewhat dated, Breakfast is $9.95 but not high quality at all (Frozen dry sausage both kinds, and typical bulk tasteless bacon), better breakfast at no additional cost many hotels. There isn't a better staff anywhere. The staff did what they could with what they have to work with. The rooms, in fact, the whole hotel could use a major face-lift. It needs updating. We were there at Christmas and the staff was smiling and gracious.

Tired and worn out rooms. Lousy bed linens and pillows. Peeling wallpaper, Cracked bathroom tiles, etc. Needs some re-freshing especially as room rates have come up significantly. Very noisy room ( freeway side) resulted in lousy sleep....(even with ear plugs)...Owner needs to invest some money and bring the rooms up to standard.

The customer service and cleanliness of this hotel really stands out. However, I found it frustrating that our heavy drapes didn't close all the way and we had a street lamp shining in the room all night.
