If you enjoy fire alarms at 11:15PM, this is a fun place to stay. The front desk explained when I asked, a ventilation fan in the elevator room failed, causing extreme heat, which resulted in a sensor being tripped, setting off the fire alarms. “Weekend stay for kid baseballball tourney”

This hotel is not good for groups of people - it was clean, excellent condition, however, they are too strict with their rules. The night manager was extremely rude and not accomodating. Would recommend for an individual stay but not for the weekend group stays.

“Night Manager”

Too many rules that were not in effect at the other hotels we have stayed with in previous years. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other hotels offered a free breakfast. We felt that if we were not going to pay for the high priced food or drinks at this hotel we were not welcome.

“Worst stay ever!!!”

The staff was rude the entire stay. Not a kid friendly hotel by any means. Will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. The beds were so small we couldn't even fit two adults comfortably in them. The pool room so was so hot you couldn't breath.

Stopped by the Hilton Garden Inn on a road trip to the mid-west. It was just an overnight stay, but the accommodations, the great breakfast service and the wonderful staff made it a very pleasant overnight stay and a great start to the next day's journey.
