I stayed in two hotels in Cameron this past weekend working a trade show in Des Moines. Of the two, I would voluntarily stay in the other one again. This one? eh. First, let me say that I was, on purpose, booking the cheapest room I could find, since I was just tired and wanting somewhere to rest before driving... More

I was just okay - after seeing mold in the shower wasn't sure I wanted to sleep in the bed. I think there was plastic on the mattresses - made us sweat. They were helpful but the place is really run down and needs redone! I won't stay there again.

Nice place to stop and spend the night. The service was so friendly and helpful. Will return. Feel like the manager/ owner went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed. The price was great and the location was very close to US 35 which made our departure easy. Shelley A

This MOTEL IS not new but it is clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful and spacious GAZDBO AT POOLSIDE. We enjoyed SITTING out there. We spent three days here and the staff went out of their way to be helpful EVERY day. It is a really nice Nd friendly place to stay..

We stopped here late night when we were on the road. It is right off the expressway so it was very convenient. Had we booked online earlier, it looks like we could have gotten a AAA rate of $51/99 since it was too late to book online we had to register in person and he told us it would be... More

In brief: 1. Dirty Room. I don't want to discover dried urine on the toilet seats and pubic hairs in the showers. I don't demand perfection, I stay in enough hotels to know that this is impossible, but I expect the minimums. This wasn't it. 2. Internet: It worked rarely, and when it did, poorly. They might as well have... More

We got in really late from a flight - early am - We tried to drive home but became too tired. We were greeted warmly, even though the hour we arrived was early and were told we could stay until 1 pm. When we got ready to leave they had fresh coffee ready for us and invited us to eat... More

This is an old property that has had some upgrades but needs more. Room large, Motel well off highway so quiet, bed was OK, AC not to loud, room clean but carpet showing wear, typical breakfast, price in line with area. Would stay there again.

Was told we were given the cheapest rate and the Econo Lodge in a different town the night before gave a much cheaper rate. The room was clean. the bed was horrible. The air worked. The breakfast area and food was not worth the trouble. No coffee pot in room. No hair dryer. Very Old Motel. When you sit on... More
