Staff was the same person when I arrived (around midnight) and when I left at about 6:30 Am - She was very friendly and accommodating - The room smelled bad - (wet pet odor?) otherwise was fine.

I had paid on-line. I DID NOT LIKE the fact that they photo-copied my credit card and personal info! They gave a good reason for doing so- but it still made me feel VERY uncomfortable! (The light switches in the room were screwy- example- the bathroom light switch was above the side of the bed?)

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Had enough outlets. Pool was clean. On occasions after long busy day we'd get in a little after pool was closed. Lee desk clerk always allowed us extra time to cool down and swim. Breakfast is kept up.

Our overall stay was great. Staff was very helpful, room was clean and well kept. Needs more choices for breakfast. Internet went down around 8:00pm of our first evening and never did come back up. Reported it to the deskclerk but nothing was ever done.

Tim, I am so sorry to hear about the internet not working for you. If I remember correctly, the night you stayed there was a huge storm and sometimes the internet does flake out on us when that happens. I may be wrong though about the dates you stayed. We travel often the same route to Indiana/Virginia and although this hotel is a bit out of our way we ONLY stay here. The staff are helpful and kind and the rooms (for dog rooms) are clean and safe.
