This place should not be open for business. I took pictures of how disgusting the room was. The smell of the hotel. Musty and humid. Thick build up of dust and grime. Trash in hallways. Elevator smelled of urine. Ice maker not working. Smell of smoke and cigarette butts in stairway. Sheets had holes in them. No coffee maker, iron... More

My stay at this hotel was so bad I'm filing a formal complaint. Very dirty, never get the same answer twice from the front desk. It should be illegal for them to charge people to stay in this filth. Dust and mold so bad throughout the whole building. Tub and fridge so dirty I had to bleach the whole room.... More

The outside of this hotel didn't look too bad. We had a family member in the hospital and were very tired, and checked in very late at night. When we walked in, it smelled bad. Very outdated and dirty. The room was nasty. There was smeared feces on the bathroom wall/door. The carpet was dirty. It was horrible! There were... More

Do not be fooled by the website pictures - they are 20+ years old. Upon arriving the front door was off the hinges and marked off by caution tape. The elevator to the 3rd floor was broken. There was no hot water but i checked in at 12:30 AM and was too tired to go elsewhere (bad choice - I... More

I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. This hotel is definitely one of the worst places I have ever stayed!! There were stains on every surface imaginable. That being said , the plumbing worked and we had beds to sleep on. The location was perfect to what we needed. It was close to everything, which... More

Expecting a beautiful wedding day for my son and daughter. . We got just the opposite. First the service was ridiculous. The man and woman behind the desk talked to us like we were SCUM. We were told to Get Out and other offensive words were used mind you.. they even threatened to call the police for what? !!! After... More

Where to begin. They should be in the negative scale. Roaches in your room, they advertise heated pool. Its not really. The hallways and pool areas are freezing. Like they dont have the heat on. You can not get ahold of the front desk from your room, they wont answer. Took 45 then maintence 15 to get in our room.... More
