Reading reviews people seem to not take into account that is cheap and is a motel 6 after all. I had a good stay, place was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. Price was right and it's close to I70. Looks like it used to be a Red Roof Inn, motel 6s that were other chains that have been... More

The desk staff was very nice and helpful.. The room smelled fresh and clean.. the linens were clean and the room ok.. It is a lower priced motel and the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some paint and TLC, but overall, the bed was comfortable, the pillows comfortable and it served our need for a place to... It wasn't opened, but still sitting under the new toilet paper roll! My first room's door was frozen shut I suppose, so I trekked back downstairs to the front desk for another. What can u expect for the price.. getting hoarse due to smoke smell in this non-smoking room too..

Dirty, no desk, no chairs. Mattress must have been 40 years old. Stay away, stay away, stay away. I have been staying in Motel 6s for decades because they are always clean and fresh. This is the 2nd one that has not been. (The other one west of Chicago). Is it now a franchise with corporate who does not care?

We stayed here for almost a week with some clean/well behaved dogs as we were attending a nearby dog event. When we got to our room, we noticed that the floor was dirty. There was dried dog poop in one spot. The bathroom was quite dirty and had not been cleaned well in a long time. There were scrap pieces... More

I generally look for the good first, I can't think of anything that wasn't sub standard. The room was nasty. Mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door hits the toilet when you try to open the door. The carpet was gross. The barren, cracked parking lot was littered with cigarette butts. We felt compelled to call Motel six hq and... More

We stayed here for two nights on a roadtrip since we wanted to spend a day doing the arch and museum downtown. As far as the functionality of the room, it was fine. The usual motel 6 beds and bedspread, everything seemed clean. But despite being in a non-smoking room it smelt so much (of cigarettes) that at the next... More

A few miles from Lambert - St. Louis Airport. It was a quiet motel though it was nearly full. The rooms are classic Motel 6 rooms, we had a queen bed, so there was enough space also for the baby crib they provided. The a/c however is a bit outdated and loud, it wasn't so hot that we would need... More

I used Kayak.com to find an inexpensive rate near the airport and car rental returns in St. Louis. There were several hotels that were a few dollars cheaper, but the pictures looked suspect. I have had spotted success with Motel 6, so I booked for $48 (including all taxes, etc.). The room smelled badly; it was not filthy, but suspect... More

The motel was not bad. Nice staff, clean rooms (to the naked eye), and cold AC. You have to pay for WIFI, and there is no breakfast. Quite a few people lingering outside of rooms and such, but if you stay in your room, it won't bother you. Overall not bad.
