I booked a lodge room with a kitchenette coming in Friday night. The room was terrible! This place for the price was terrible. NEVER RENT HERE. The place was dirty,no room service, The clerks were rude, not helpful and you have to hang your towels outside and maybe,just maybe someone will exchange them. Made reservations on 10/26, cancelled on 10/27 before 11am. Deposit of $130.00 charged to credit card when reservation made, 3 weeks later and several phone calls later, no credit charge back has been made to my credit card. Be very careful about booking here because the customer service on complaints/charge backs is very poor. More
