Our third stay here, by far the worst ever. In need of major updating and cleaning in the two "Deluxe" condos we rented. Sleeper sofa broken. No bag in vacuum cleaner(a real mess when we turned it on) Very few supplies. Plus spiders everywhere, even in the bedding. The dock we used had split and warped boards that resulted in... More

Upon our arrival in our 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin the paint etc on the outside of the cabin looked very much in need of a paint job. Though we were in the Ozark Mountains so I was ok with the bad paint job. Upon entering the cabin the musty smell was sick. Once we turned down the AC it... More

When we arrived to our DELUX CONDO upon arrive there was dried urine on both toilet seats. Tile floors where sticky and dirty. Bathroom floor and tub covered in various types of hair. All the windows where covered in finger smear marks. The carpets where not vacuumed. Both patios where covered in rat dropping. One BBQ grill was missing electric... More

If there were negative stars I would give this one many!! Doesn't deserve a 1 star!! I recently stayed here with my family during a family reunion/70th birthday celebration and can say that this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life! The room had been booked by a family member and she based her decision on... More

My husband and I stayed in room 612, a "luxury lakefront condo," along with our daughter and son-in-law, and my 18-year old son and a friend of his. We stayed August 1-4, 2014. We've been to Branson ten times and this was by FAR our worst stay! This place was absolutely filthy. The trip was a last-minute idea, so we... More

We made a spur of the moment trip during one of the busiest times of the year, and this was the only resort with boat rentals that had vacancies. One should be aware that there are several properties that are managed by this resort, and the lodging choices are from camping, RVs, to condos. We stayed in a nice, 2BR... More

This was my worst hotel stay ever. This has to be the worst resort in Branson. The property has huge potential with its location but misses greatly with it's upkeep. Our a/c was out for the entire 4 days of our visit and the 'band-aids' they offered were very unacceptable. We waited 9 hours for a fan! They repeatedly told... More

Very disappointed. The mattresses must be as old as the cottages. You sink almost to the floor on the couch. The air conditioner was barely blowing cool air. They offered to move us to condo but at the increased rate. It was somewhat better but not for the price they were asking. I am now trying to get my deposit... More

Stayed in the RV park. To say they misrepresent themselves with their pictures is a GROSS understatement. Thank goodness we had our own RV! I would not put my dog in the ones they have available. The shower house was covered in spider webs and cobwebs. There was a mop bucket in there - which is a cosmic joke because... More

I should of listened to reviews. Don't come here. Very dirty, outdated, and mattresses are horrible. First of all we was promised a lake view and got a pool view. Got to room and it looked like we jumped back in time to 1975. Too many things wrong or broken to list, I don't have enough time. Only positive thing... More
