Upon arrival, the grandkids opened the door and on one of the beds was a swan made from some of our room towels. The girls were impressed. The staff was very hepfull in helping me set up my laptop for the internet. The pool was just right for my 5 year old. The room was extremely nice. Tthe breakfast was very good. There was a great selection, even for a picky 5 year old. I will stay her again. more

We stay at this hotel nearly every time we go to Branson and we have yet to have a bad experience. We tried the fancy (and expensive) Chateau on the Lake recently and was not nearly as impressed with it as we have always been with Comfort Inn West.
