We had brunch here for a 50th anniversary party for a family member. Food was presented lovely and it tasted great! Had a mimosa with brunch. Staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is lovely with the waterfall. We went outside to take pictures, the view was beautiful.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in early May. The front desk staff at times was somewhat disorganized. I think several of them were new. Check-in/check-out was fast and efficient. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice size (king room) and quiet. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Breakfast was not included in... More

I recently stayed at this Hotel overlooking the Lake in Branson. The Hotel is very well appointed and the rooms were large and spacious. Overally a good value. The hotel has a pool, movie theater, ice cream shop, tennis courts, and boat dock. It does not have a sauna/spa outside of the spa itself. I did not use the spa,... More

The Chateau is a little pricey, but worth it. Far enough way from the main strip in Branson, yet close enough to enjoy the shows and all that Branson offers. The rooms are very nice. Wait staff was excellent. The view of the lake and mountains are perfect.

We stayed here when it was not busy. We had a very relaxing time. It is a beautiful hotel. The lush greenery, waterfall, and koi pond are what the lobby is all about. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and tastefully decorated. Plenty of plug-ins for all our electronics. Our balcony overlooked the mountains and... More

My husband and different family members have stayed at chateau many times. It is a beautiful resort. But agreed it is a it pricey for what get you get but the resort experience is what you pay for. Disappointing outdoor pool not open yet on Mother's Day weekend. Heated? Indoor pool was nice for the 5 year old but it... More

Dear Kathy B: We always appreciate receiving feedback from our guests, as it can prove to be very helpful. Terribly sorry for the annoying alarm that went off during your stay. We realize how disruptive it can be especially when late at night. Nevertheless, hopefully you will agree, it is far better to be safe than sorry. As noted on... More

$200 for a room with no view and no balcony is a bit much. ($179+taxes) Room/bathroom were clean except for the customary long black hair on the bathroom floor. King bed was very comfortable. Best hotel bed I've probably ever slept on. $14 for a tiny margarita in the lobby bar is ridiculous when there is nothing unique about the... More

Dear Shane 342: Thanks for taking the time to share with us your feedback during your most recent stay. It is appreciated for we can always learn from our mistakes and from suggestions our guests may have. Slow and indifferent service is something we can fix very easily. I am sorry you had to experience both on this occasion. Hopefully... More

A beautiful location on Table Rock lake with complimentary shuttle to marina offering convenient boat rental. Only minutes from theaters to enjoy shows, shops, and attractions. The hotel has indoor waterfalls, colorful koi fish, and a 5 star restaurant to please even the most critical palate. The staff is very attentive and all are positively upbeat.
