Stayed with grandchildren to enjoy local water park. Although it is an older motel, outside of building and carpet appears dated, but the staff was friendly, and a very convenient location. Rooms were overall a good value for anyone seeking a basic room with a refrigerator. Rooms clean, AC cold, bathroom clean, bedding clean and comfortable, and pool including the... More

We make several trips to Branson every year and have stayed at other places and paid a lot more for the same comforts! The new owner Jeff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests and to make sure you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We have 4 children and they love the pools! We have stayed... Reading through previous reviews and talking to staff when we booked our room it sounded like a great place but we were completely disappointed once we arrived. We had booked a non-smoking room on the main floor but when we arrived was told they only had one smoking room left on top floor available. The floors were so dirty and... More

Would not stay any other place. Very clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Great price. Here for a week and recommend highly. The new manager/owner has gone beyond making our stay the best.

I was really hesitant when I first booked this hotel. We have always stayed in "chain" hotels before in Branson. I thought the price is cheap, there must be something wrong with it. I was really surprised and pleased with our stay. We had a "family suite" which consisted of 2 connecting rooms with a total of 4 queen beds,... More

I recently visited Branson after a twenty year break and went to this hotel. Same hotel my family went to back in the day and even better service than I remember. Just across the street from Whitewater and a few miles from SDC this is a great location with a friendly staff. Why go to a corporate chain when you... More

My first visit to Branson was a bit impulsive. No planning, just go! Booked the flight from Denver while in the airport for a plane which left in an hour. Plenty of time to work on the ol' itinerary, right? First internet stop was "Trip Advisor". I was dealing blind and needed help! Poked around, reading reviews on hotels where... More

Stayed here for a basketball team camp booked through the camp. Owner was there everyday and work to make our stay a good one. Staff went above and beyond what would have been expected. Not a place to hang out in all day but if you are looking for a clean, lower priced place on the strip, this would be... More

My family and I stayed there and the person who check us look like she was on something. When we got to our room the room was dirty and bugs on windows they switched us to another room later on that night I felt something crawling on me. Also later on I heard a big boom and was guest fighting... More

I am a grandpa staying with my wife, adult daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. We had connecting rooms which our grandchildren enjoyed. My daughter thought that the beds were hard. But, I found them fine.We were on the third floor and the beds were older (and firmer) than the first floor. The breakfast had reasonable choices of both cold and... More
