We reserved 2 rooms one month before our trip, and requested adjoining rooms. We were told they could not guarantee adjoining rooms, but they never have a problem meeting that request. I was shocked to find out at check in they did not have adjoining rooms for our stay. That was unacceptable to us since we have a large family.... more
