Hotel was very clean. Hotel is in downtown and right in the middle of the riverwalk, Landing shopping center and downtown. Short drive to music row. Right now the restaurant is closed, however there are several within a 2 minute walk. Safe area of town. Friendly employees. Would stay here again, no doubt.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Guest services helped me connect to internet and extended late check out. Thanks!! Hope you get more help on Saturday mornings though, check in was lengthy and made us late to winery.

The rooms were really clean and quiet. Restaurants are within walking distance. Staff was great. Unexpected parking fee, even to self-park. Cold lobby environment, they ran out of coffee (which is placed in an odd spot, didn't have enough seating or inviting seating. The clerk was somewhat haughty. At check in we were told we had a lake view, but didn't.

I as on my honeymoon and the security at this hotel had to be called, due to so-called college students, yelling profanity, drinking and slamming doors until 4:30 in the morning. Hotel was clean and valet was super, but noise-level was horrible!

This hotel sends out an elaborate email stating what can they do make your stay more relaxing and comfortable.
