Nice hotel. Real nice and quick access to 76 and shopping and food. Nice people at hotel. Just wished continental breakfast was a bit more filling. Would have liked to have had more options other than toast, cereal, donuts and biscuits and not real good gravy. But overall ok.

The room was very clean but had its issues. Went to take a shower at 10 pm & there was no hot water. Finally got to take a very quick shower at 7am..literally had time to wash my hair & the water was warm NOT hot. Beds are very hard & pillows need replaced.I did get a down stairs room,... More

It was a place to lay our head (barely). Very outdated, old, musky and just didn't look or feel clean. Breakfast was a joke. I wish they would put some time and effort in the up keep of this place. Location is good is about the only good thing about it.

The pluses: Good location, reasonable price, fairly cordial front desk personnel Minuses: Rigid adherence to check in times (rare, in my experience), looks clean, but if you walk across the carpet in white socks, they'll be filthy by the time you're across the room, breakfast is minimal. Average rating is the best could assign.

The room was very outdated. I could feel springs in the king size bed. When we booked, no one said anything about show tickets being free. When we asked about them at check-in, we were told that we would need to pay an extra $20 each for them. Definitely will not go back!!!!

On line the pictures loom nice but in reality the place is a out dated. You used an actual key to get in. The towels were clean but dull. The TV was old. The breakfast was the same everyday. Gross biscuits & gravy, stale cereal, donuts. Nothing healthy. Next time I will read the reviews better.

We stayed there and i got Scabies (a type of bed bugs) from their beds. When we left they were terrible, gave us a refund and took it right back out of our account. They threatened to take more money from us and were complete jerks, manager refused to speak to us and we had to deal with a person... More

We selected a room with King Size Bed. The room was very nice and clean. It was also very quiet. Parking was no problem and it made our visit very enjoyable. This room had a big soaking type tub, which was inoperable, but we didn't stay there for that anyway. Had a good size bath and shower.

We went back again there and stayed 3 nights. The staff are so nice. They offered me the best rate they had and I loved it. The place is clean and nice and I and my family loved our stay there. Their donuts are fresh in the morning for breakfast, they also have warm item on the menu. I recommend... More

Nathan G's review hit the nail on the head. I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find in Branson. We just needed a place to sleep. This hotel is in dire need of renovation. Other than being old it was clean. We stayed two nights and while we were away the beds were made and another... More
