My room reeked of smoke and wasn't cleaned well. The inside lock on the door wouldn't lock. The wi-fi had a poor signal and was pretty slow. The rude lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills. I will not stay there again.

It was awful, the room was dirty and the sheets had blood on them. Our door wouldn't lock and when we complained about the room and asked them to come look at it tge woman refused. We asked for a room that locked and she acted like it was a rediculous request. They refused to give us our money back... More

This is the worst hotel i have ever exprienced and i have worked in the hotel industry a long time. The management is rude and very unwilling to be helpful in any way possible. Not to mention it was the first place in branson i have ever seen cockroaches, they are unwilling to address the issue. This is not a... More

We had actually stayed here back in August and swore we wouldn't come back. The manager wore a wife beater t-shirt, looked unkept, and was constantly cursing. The room was good except we were always hearing kids screaming and they were running around behind the front desk. The outside was dirty and trash here and there. Breakfast did only consist... More

I am a monthly resident the Midwest Inn. If you are on a business trip and want to use the internet while at the Midwest GOOD LUCK! It is often unavailable even though they promise free Wi Fi and when it is available the signal is so weak it is is like having a dial up connection. Dumpster is often... More

The room was filled with stale cigarette smoke stench. Bathroom floors stained. Carpet frayed. Mildew on bathroom ceiling. Shower had buildup of some sort on the fixtures. Missing one of the light fixtures in the bathroom and that light did not work. The staff was friendly but I felt really ripped off. I payed over $50 for a room that... More

The hotel is very convenient without all the strip traffic. It is an older hotel but is clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing and never crowded. The VERY BEST part of the stay is the staff! We have been to Branson numerous times and stayed in various hotels none of them had a more friendly or courteous staff then... More
